please tell me about far-infra red rays and bio-ceramics . Is it useful for heath?

I have not used the products that u r asking about. I have however used infrared rays on my patients to increase blood flow & tissue temperature. The products I use r electrical powered to emit the infrared. I have seen good results with improving sensation in people with diabetic neurophathy, pain & wound healing. .now these far infrared rays & bio-ceramics. I have not been able to find any documentation on how they propose that the the products can store & emit this kind of energy. In physics & in life, energy is not free. I did find one study on people with Raynaud is Syndrome. The study seemed ok.and got positive results with those getting the treatment product getting mild to moderate improvement. So.. should u try it? depends on what ur problem is & what u think about the product. Can it hurt you? Most likely no. Two participants using the real product (6%) in the study did report skin irritation.
